Promo Mechanics:
1.Open to elementary students from ages 9 to 13 years, from NCR and nearby South and Luzon provinces.
2. Students should present any empty pack or used product of Li’l Hands and TPencil to join each workshop both in School Level and Inter-School Level. Workshop participants shall be given a corresponding Entry Form to fill-out and may automatically join the succeeding On-the-Spot Art Contest.
3. Workshop materials shall be provided by Amalgamated Specialties Corp. (AMSPEC). A new set of drawing sheet shall be provided per participant for each On-the-Spot Drawing Contest.
4. School-Level - workshops and contests shall be scheduled from January 5, 2009 to February 15, 2009, within the school premises. Two (2) Winners from each school shall be chosen right after the contest. The contest duration shall not exceed a maximum of one (1) hour. The schedule shall be determined and agreed upon by both the school administration and AMSPEC.
5. Inter-School Level – each school from the School Level Contests shall send the two (2) winning students to compete. The Inter-School Level Contest shall be held in SM Southmall on February 21, 2009 and SM North EDSA on February 28, 2009. The Workshop shall start at exactly 2:00pm and the Contest shall start at 3:00pm until 4:00 pm. Ten (10) winners each from the two (2) mall venues shall be determined right after the submission of entries.
6. Final Level - The total of twenty (20) winning entries from the two (2) inter-school level contests shall vie for the top four (4) overall winners. Judging will be held on March 4, 2009 (Wednesday), 10:00am at the Amspec Office in Muntinlupa City.
7. Criteria for judging the entries:
     a.  OVERALL IMPRESSION (40%) – the quality of the artwork that attracts the attention at the first
          glimpse of the audience or the viewing public.
     b.  TECHNIQUE (30%) – the details and creativity of the artist to add dimensional effects to a flat
          work of art.
     c.  COLOR COMBINATION (30%) – the brightness, contrast of colors, and the artist’s ability to
          realistically portray an art work
8. OVERALL WINNERS from the FINAL LEVEL shall receive a Notification Letter via registered mail.  The list of winners shall be published in leading newspapers within two (2) weeks from the determination of winners, and in Amspec website www.amspecial.com. METRO MANILA WINNERS may claim their prizes at AMSPEC located at Km. 21 South Super Highway, Muntinlupa City, upon presentation of the Notification Letter and the Certificate of Recognition awarded during the Inter-School Level Competition. Prizes for PROVINCIAL WINNERS shall be claimed at any JRS branch nearest the winner’s address. Prizes may be claimed by a representative by presenting at least two (2) valid identification cards (school or company ID, driver’s license, passport, postal ID, etc.) and Authorization letter together with the winner’s ID and Certificate of Recognition.
9. The decision of the panel of judges shall be final and unappealable. A DTI representative shall be invited during the determination of winners in the School Level, Inter-School Level, and Overall competition.
10. All entries, winning and non-winning, shall become properties of AMSPEC.
11. A participant can only win once.  If a participant wins more than once, he gets the bigger prize value.
12. Prizes are tax-free and paid for by Amspec. Prizes are non-transferable. Product and premium prize items are not convertible to cash. Prizes not claimed within 60 days from the date of notification will be forfeited in favor of AMSPEC with prior approval from DTI.
13. All employees of Amspec and its affiliate companies, participating outlets, suppliers, advertising agency and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
